First session is a connect session where both of us get acquainted to each other. This 30 minutes session is a designed to understand the issue & establish therapy goals
The first session is 30 minutes, and subsequent weekly sessions are 60 minutes each.
Post 30 minutes of consultation, you will be provided with packages to choose from for the number of sessions. You can choose a package or take 1 session at a time
